MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION REQUEST

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. Please note that if this is within your 3 month minimum commitment time frame, there will be a cancelation fee which is the difference between the month-to-month price and the price you paid.

Not sure if you’re able to come as often as you’d like? We have plenty of membership options to choose from and can easily downgrade your membership to a lower tier with fewer sessions to ensure you’re getting the most out of your membership!

If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, please complete and submit the form below. 

This will serve as your written notice, submission of the online form MUST be completed 7 days prior to your next billing date for us to process.

When you cancel, your membership stays active for 7 days after your cancellation notice. 

Ex. If you cancel on June 15th, you will pay for and keep your membership until June 22nd. 

So, please fill out this form at least 7 days before the date you want your cancellation to be effective on.

**Exceptions for Injuries or Emergencies:

We understand that unexpected situations such as injuries or emergencies may arise. In such cases, exceptions to the pause policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for official documentation (ex. doctor's note).
